At Merced Valley Foods, we strive to ensure that every meal we serve meets your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the process for cancelling orders, requesting refunds, and how we handle such requests.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed or prepared. Once an order is in preparation or has already been completed, cancellations may not be accepted.

  • Online Orders: If you wish to cancel an online order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling (209) 233-9053 or emailing mercedvalleyfood@gmail.com.

  • Pickup Orders: If you wish to cancel a pickup order, you must notify us within 15 minutes of placing the order. If the order is ready for pickup, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

2. Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

  • Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your order due to quality or other issues, please contact us immediately. We may offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

  • Order Errors: If we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a refund or a replacement.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received, we will review the situation and process the refund if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Some items, such as customized orders or completed services, may not be eligible for a refund. We will provide clear communication about non-refundable items during the order process.
